Units feature a private bathroom, large closets, baseboard heat, carpeted main living area, vinyl flooring in the bath, a large picture window, and ceiling fan. Communal kitchen and non-coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second and third floors. Pets are prohibited. Approx. 366 sq. ft.
One Bedroom
One Bedroom Apartment
Large, unfurnished one-bedroom, one full bathroom apartment and a sizable private deck overlooking the mountains. Units have an option of a full kitchen or a kitchenette. All units have three double-wide closets, radiant heated floors, and a carpeted main living area. The bath contains marbled floors and tub surround, plus a stack washer and dryer. Pets are prohibited. Approx. 650 sq. ft.
One Bedroom + Loft
One Bedroom with Loft
Large, unfurnished one-bedroom, one full bathroom apartment and a sizable private deck overlooking the mountains. The loft contains additional open living spaces, a large storage closet, and extraordinary bird's-eye views of the horizon. Units have an option of a full kitchen or a kitchenette, radiant heated floors, and a stack washer and dryer. Sorry, no pets. Approx. 995 sq. ft.
